1. Acceptation des Conditions

En accédant et en utilisant TPV.ma ("le Service"), vous acceptez et acceptez d'être lié par les termes et dispositions de cet accord. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces Conditions d'Utilisation, veuillez ne pas utiliser le Service.

2. Description du Service

TPV.ma fournit une plateforme e-commerce multi-tenant qui permet aux restaurants et boutiques de créer des boutiques en ligne, gérer les commandes, traiter les paiements et gérer les livraisons. Le Service comprend :

• Online storefront with unique URL
• Product and inventory management
• Order management system
• Point of Sale (POS) system
• Delivery management
• Analytics and reporting
• Customer management

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription and Payment

TPV.ma offers subscription plans on a monthly basis (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Price changes with 30 days notice

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:

• You have access to all features of your chosen plan
• No payment is required during the trial
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends
• After the trial, your subscription will begin automatically

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or harm other users
• Sell prohibited or illegal products

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (products, images, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant TPV.ma a license to use, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You can cancel your subscription from your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination

10. Limitation of Liability

TPV.ma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
